Joseph Scott President of

has divested his shares of 
Tee-Marketing LLC a firm 
that Mr. Scott formed in 2005
for the deployment of 
a digital signage network on 
golf courses. Upon 
completion of the 
implementation of the pilot
system Mr. Scott decided
to part ways with Tee-
Marketing citing difference 
in paradigm, "There were 
some fundamental 
differences of opinion 
in several aspects of 
the operating of Tee-
Marketing and I felt that 
I would be doing the 
company a disservice 
to move forward in a 
model that I did not agree 
with. My relationship with 
the executive members 
of Tee-Marketing remains 
intact and I wish them 
continued success. 
Fortunately, this move 
affords Catenate 
Enterprises Inc. the 
opportunity to initiate 
an unprecedented 
concept in the Digital 
Signage industry that is 
proprietary to the 
Company and will 
facilitate quick 
deployment in sundry 
verticals with a single 
placement vehicle.
